Collier Tool & Die was established in 1983. We started as a tool and die manufacturing company and have since progressed to injection moulding and metal pressing.In the metal pressing division we have facilities to decoil and straighten material and all our presses are fitted with strip feeders for high production. We have an automatic pipe bending machine and we do production moulding.

The injection moulding department has a number of high quality machines, ranging from 20 tons to 250 tons that can produce products with a shot rate of from 18g to 500g. The machines are also fitted with dryers and robots for sprue picking which ensure high quality production runs. We manufacture products using a number of materials including ABS, EVA, PVC, polypropelene, Nylon, HDPE, LDPE, Styrene, Acetyl etc. At Collier Tool & Die, with a tool and die making background as well as in-house injection moulding and metal pressing, we can design and manufacture complete, high-quality products.
